Louise Windsor

I am passionate about the slow practice of Yin Yoga,  in today's busy striving world the need for slowing down and allowing ourselves to stop for a while is increasing. Chinese Meridian System fascinates me and I love the integration of that with Yin Yoga. I am also a life coach and Reiki practioner and I blend all I have learned over the years from personal development, the Chakra system, meditation, TCM and Yoga philosophy into my teachings. 

I live near Brighton in UK so my regular classes and workshops are there but I also teach at Ashiyana in Goa and retreats around the world.
