Lena had practiced yoga for almost two decades before deciding to go through the 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training and never looked back.
The perpetual student, Lena has completed additional 300 hours of yoga teacher training to become an RYT-500 and strongly believes that one can never have enough education.
Along her path Lena also obtained a NASM Personal Training, Pilates Reformer, Spinning, TRX Suspension Training, and Aerial Yoga certifications and taught those modalities at one point or another in her career in fitness.
Lena is the owner and founder of Anahata Yoga and Mindful Movement studio in Carlisle, PA.
Lena strongly believes that yoga is for everybody and every body. She brings her love for the yoga practice and respect for individual differences of her students to her every class.
