Dr. Connie has over 25 years of clinical experience in Nutrition as an RD (registered dietitian), a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and a Board Certified Functional Health Practitioner.
Her love for yoga began over 23 years ago, and she practiced Power, Bikram, and Ashtanga.
Her struggle with her health gives her a unique perspective on health, spirituality and a deep gratitude for life.
She strives for an alignment-focused practice to keep her clients and patients safe while providing a solid foundation to improve balance, stability, alignment, strength, and flexibility.
No matter what physical limitations, from a low back injury to arthritis, she can help to modify and find a balanced practice so that students can redefine healthy movement to foster improved posture and control.
