Harriet first found yoga as a very un-coordinated 13 year old, and yoga has been a part of her life ever since. Harriet practices a variety of styles, including Vinyasa, Power Vinyasa, Yin, and Hatha, and couldn’t possibly tell you which is her favourite.
Harriet’s yoga practice became a regular part of her life during her undergraduate studies, where she embraced the mindfulness and moving meditation that yoga brings. In 2014, Harriet commenced her 350 hour YTT with My Health Yoga, in Brisbane Australia, and has now been teaching for over two years. Her classes emphasise empowering her students to embrace and nourish their bodies and minds, with a strong focus of alignment, strong biomechanics and fun. Harriet tells terrible jokes, gives excellent head massages, and endeavours that every student leave her classes filled to the brim with good vibes.
Harriet is an E-RYT 200 (Experience Registered Yoga Teacher 200 Hours) and a registered Continuing Education Provider with Yoga Alliance, and a member of Yoga Quota and My Health Association. She is currently working towards a 300 HR YTT..
