Betty Riaz believes that life’s imperfections are a catalyst for change, and that by seeking out and embracing the beauty of everyday chaos, we can challenge our mindfulness practices on and off the mat.
Since 2009, when she transformed from fashionista to “yogaista” and co-founded Stil Studio in greater Boston, Betty has been on a mission to change her perception of the world and help others reach their greatest potential inside and out. Her interest and trainings in mindfulness practices and Thai yoga assisting led Betty to create the super-luscious SPA class style. A candlelit room, luscious hands-on assists and Betty’s soothing voice cuing floor-based, chakra-opening sequences allow her students to feel pampered, refreshed and restored. SPA yoga trainings and workshops have been spreading bliss throughout the New England area.
Betty holds an E-RYT 500 certification and is also 500-RYT in Fluid Yoga. She is a Lululemon Ambassador, holds workshops and retreats around the US and Mexico, and is grateful to all the bodhisattvas who have entered her life with the mission to transform.
