Namaste, salute to my guru Sri Dharma Mittra and all teachers who inspired my journey in Yoga. I believe Yoga is a spiritual practice which allows our mind to soften and our heart to open. By practicing yoga, the hidden wisdom that ives within our body is able to been awakened, which can bring positive affect to our emotional well-being and our short and long term physical difficulties will been healthy again.

I am here to share my knowledge and to promote tradition Yoga, my class will cover asanas, pranayama and meditation and my message to the students is LOVE, KINDNESS AND PASSIONATE.
