Hello, well I'm 56 yrs old from the UK. 

I have been practicing ashtanga yoga for just over seven years and have fallen in love with the practice.... its life changing! So much so that I traveled to India in 2014 to train to teach yoga. It is my passion!
I passed the teacher training course in May 2014

I taught my first class in a beautiful studio called The urbanbuddha  in my home town of Lancaster in England. 

I teach ashtanga vinyasa  on a regular basis now... my target pupils are beginners or people returning to there practice after a long break! as well as doing a full lead primary class on Tuesdays

Currently leading rocket/ashtanga classes at sage & Thyme and yoga Dragon yoga studios in Lancaster.

I am also now teaching Rocket Yoga..... after doing training with 'Its Yoga' in Fuerteventura...I love the way it flows :)

All my classes are full inclusive and open to anyone.
