Cindy focuses on mindfulness & physiological wellness for women (and Men) for optimal aging and enjoyment of life. Cindy is also certified through The Gray Institute: Female Chain Reaction®; Functional Yoga System; and Applied Functional Science®. Cindy Collaborates with mentor Christina Christie, a Physical Therapist who created the Pelvicore Pro, and began teaching Pelvic Floor Yoga combined with the principles of AFS using the Pelvicore Pro (ball).
All Cindy's yoga classes include inner awareness, mindfulness, prana, and essential functional tri-plane movement necessary in order to maintain stability and mobility as we age. In addition to group classes within the community, Cindy offers private and semi-private yoga for women, men and recreational athletes in mid-life & beyond wanting to age well in order to maintain an active lifestyle.
In 2024, Cindy plans to create an online content of the Yoga for Osteoporosis series and Yoga for the Pelvic floor.
