Yoga is the best thing that could happen to me. Since I learned my first Sun Salutations under the australian sun, my practice has become my constant companion through all ups and dows of this life. I was very lucky to meet excellent teachers and mentors along the way, like David Swenson, Marc Ansari, Scarlett Mehigan or Raquel Salvador who have all themselfes practices and learned from the world foremost teachers like Patthabi Jois or B.K.S. Iyengar. Currently I practice on a regular base with the Ashtanga legend Rolf Naujokat and his wife Marci in India.
Since 2011 I am based in Munic where I work in different Studios and teach workshops. I am international certified by the Yoga Alliance and practice the first three Ashtanga series as well as parts of the other series. On top of that I like to be influenced by the flowing sequences of Shiva Rea and many more.
Together with Tribe-Yoga I work in international teacher trainings in Europe in Asia and attend workshops and seminars on a regular base to further educate myself. Yoga is a journey... it never ends...
My focus not only lies in a powerful, dynamic asana practice, which belongs to my daily routine like eating and drinking, but more and more in the still meditation and energetic Pranayama practices as well as intensive Kriyas, which lead into this very special inner stillness we are looking for.
Heart and Reason, clear instructions and accurate hands-on-adjustments help deepening the understanding and therefore the whole experience of the practice.
