Randee, founder of Happy Heart Yoga, began her yoga journey in 2001. It did not take long to realize that yoga was a constant influence that kept her grounded. She has had the opportunity to practice different styles of yoga, from many instructors, throughout US and abroad. Through the years, Randee has been very honored to learn from Maty Ezraty, Sage Rountree, Amy Ippoliti, Schuyler Grant, Desirée Rumbaugh, Nancy Kaul, and Jaquelyn Whatley to name a few and so many more wonderful instructors. Grateful and inspired by this opportunity, Randee has been able to incorporate a mixture of those teachings into her classes.
From the moment you walk into one of her classes, you will be greeted with a smile. Randee believes that yoga should be taught safely; in a compassionate, nonjudgmental, and light atmosphere. Her hope is that you leave with a sense of peace, confidence and a maybe even meet new friend.
