A Brooklyn native, Allaya began exploring yoga more than ten years ago, expanding on her love of movement, music and theatre. She is a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 200, specializing in Vinyasa yoga, which combines an athletic practice with the breath to create flow. Allaya believes that bodies are made to move and enjoys helping people find greater awareness and appreciation for themselves through an energetic, alignment-based yoga practice.
