Sarah began practicing yoga as a way to stretch after running, but it became so much more than a physical practice when she started to feel subtle changes in her mind and heart. Without realizing it, she had started down a path of self-discovery, and it has changed her life for the better. Practicing yoga gives her the space she needs to let go of her thoughts, connect with herself, and embrace her dreams. Sarah wishes to share her passion for yoga, and in her classes aspires to bring the calm, openness, and inspiration that yoga has brought into her life with her students.
Sarah is a certified RYT-500, and with certifications and training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and paddleboard yoga. She has also completed a 100r certification in Sound Healing. Sarah has been teaching in community, and running retreats for 10 years.
