Jen is a native of Omaha, Nebraska. She moved to Colorado after emptying her nest and enjoys all Colorado has to offer. Jen has been practicing yoga for as long as she can remember. Her teacher in kindergarten would have the class practice breathing exercises. Though she didn’t call it yoga, those pranayama exercises stuck with her and she practices breathing during stressful times or just to calm herself. Jen completed teacher training to deepen her own practice. During the process, she found that she loved teaching others the benefits of asana. Jen incorporates fun and playfulness into her classes.
