Sue Bastian is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

Her hope is that every person seeking to rise to a higher level of consciousness can find the pathway through yoga and their devotion to a  higher ideal of Love and selflessness. 

Sue has focused her entire life upon studying the Judeo-Christian spiritual thought and she hopes to integrate all other philosophies into a strong Christ-based practice and method of teaching.

Sue is known for her Power Yoga teaching as well as her sense of humour. She says: There is no situation too holy for laughter. 

It became clear to Sue during her teacher trainings that many people have sustained religious trauma and it is her Calling to help free people from fear that might result from such religious trauma, and to help seekers find their way back to the heart of God which is Love.
