A registered and certified yoga and meditation teacher working in both Los Angeles & Seattle, Michelle has had years of education and experience working both privately with students, as well as in community and group settings.
A graduate from the Yogaworks Teacher Training program and registered and certified through Yoga Alliance, Michelle has also received additional training and certification with yoga and meditation experts like Richard Miller, Ph.D, Jack Kornfield, Ph.D and tantric expert, Rod Stryker. Furthermore, she has trained with Buddhist monks in downtown Los Angeles on the power of meditation and taken courses with NICABM and Yoga International with a focus on meditation and post traumatic growth.
She continuously studies, practices and teaches the transformational benefits of yoga and meditation as a solution for managing stress in today's modern lifestyle, working with both underprivileged and professional communities. Her current workshops have been taught to First Responders to help manage the stress and maintain a positive mindset during these unprecedented times,
Vink has always been an avid supporter of many nonprofits throughout her professional and personal life, working with charities like Art of Elysium, In A Perfect World and TJ Martell Foundation among others.
Michelle has been featured in media outlets like Brain World magazine and continues to write and contribute on the subject of yoga, meditation and wellness. She lives in Seattle and Los Angeles, along with her husband and Shiba Inu.
