Tracy Chamoun RPP, RYT has studied many traditions of yoga and she was certified by Rod Stryker and Alan Finger in the Tantra and ISHTA yoga tradition. She owned a yoga studio in Boca Raton, Florida, for 10 years and has lead many trainings, workshops, and retreats. Today, she is a student of Pandit Rajmani Tigunait Ph.D. in the lineage of the great Sri Swami Rama of the Himalayas. Tracy brings to her teaching style her knowledge and background in the health arts and natural remedies. She is a Registered Polarity Practitioner (energy based bodywork) and a certified Master Herbalist and Vedic Astrologist
