Susan Sheridan has a commitment to embodying the essence of yoga beyond the mat, as a devoted student of Shiva Rea, the renowned founder of the Samudra School of Living Yoga, for over two decades.For the past seven years, she has immersed herself in advanced teacher training under Shiva's guidance.

She envisions yoga not just as a practice, but as a way of life that is soulful, enriching, and transformative. Susan's passion lies in connecting with individuals and yoga studios on a personal level, offering workshops and classes that embody the wisdom and depth of her extensive training.

Susan is a teacher trainer for Shiva’s Samudra Global School of Living Yoga, offering Yoga Alliance approved 200 hour Affiliate yoga teacher trainings in the Lunar Arts. 

She is dedicated to spreading the transformative essence of yoga and nurturing the growth of each student on their own unique yoga journey.
Her profound yoga path began in 2004 with the Kripalu 200-hour teacher training, setting the foundation for her transformative journey, she is now RYT500, E-RYT 200 and YACEP certified and has been registered with the Yoga Alliance since 2004.
