Stephanie Spence received her Master's in Fine Arts, Yoga Studies from Loyola Marymount University in May, 2023. Stephanie is a yoga scholar, teacher (May, 2023 500 RYT), activist, award-winning author, and mother. She has been practicing yoga for over forty-two years and is the author of Yoga Wisdom: Warrior Tales Inspiring You On And Off Your Mat, Nautilus Book Awards Winner. Stephanie is the former CEO of Spence Communications and has been featured on TV and editorially in books and magazines around the world including Mantra Yoga & Health. From literary journals to online global communities, Stephanie is published in numerous sources including online and in print magazines OM Lifestyle & Yoga (UK) and Yoga Guide.
