I have been working one on one, teaching, training, guiding and mentoring Senior Yoga Teachers, Life Coaches and interested students over 20 years. I teach, have been formally trained and studied Yoga Sutras of Patanjali under my Guides and Teachers, and still continue to do so.

·        Worked and Trained in Yoga Therapy with my respected Life and Yoga Teachers/Mentors, Professor T. Krishnamacharya and Sir T.K.V. Desikachar under their Tradition and personal guidance since 1992.

·         Personal Yoga Student of Late Professor P.A. Seshan, (Sri Amritapadananda Sarswati) and Late Dr N. Prahalad Sastry, (Sri Amritananda Natha Saraswati).

SS Vedanta under the tutelage of Swami Dayananda Saraswati.

AYURVEDA

Worked and Trained under Vaidya Bhagwan Dash in Traditional Diet of Mental Health and Well Being.
