Megha is the author of Expanding Joy; Let Your Yoga Dance, Embodying Positive Psychology. Her DVD/ MP4: Let Your Yoga Dance - with Megha is a top seller. Megha's popular DVD/ MP4 Intro to Yoga and Meditation is a useful and sought after tool for practicing yogis at any level. Megha has written and recorded two beautiful yogic and meditation CDs/ MP3s used frequently in independent classes; Moontides and Power & Grace.
From March 2020 to the present, Megha has been leading monthly Lunch and Learn workshops with the Jewish Community Center - Manhattan. She also serves on the faculty of the Wholebeing Institute as a core presenter in its Certificate in Positive Psychology program under the original aegis of Dr. Tal Ben-Shahar. For the certificate training, Megha created a new movement form from her own work, calling it: Embodied Positive Psychology. Megha takes the theoretical, psychological concepts into the physical experience of mind-body-heart-soul. Her work helps to increase the quotient by broadening and building positivity resonance. For 35 years Megha served as ongoing faculty and teacher trainer at Kripalu Center in Stockbridge, Ma. She also lived and taught at the center when it was a yoga ashram, dedicating 12 years of her life to selfless service: seva. Megha led Kripalu Yoga Teacher Training for seven years, Holistic Health Educator Training for 10 years, and her own Let Your Yoga Dance Teacher Training for 25 years.
