Megan is a Certified Yoga Therapist through the International Association of Yoga Therapy. She owned a studio in Wisconsin for 10 years before creating a retreat center and studio in West Cork, Ireland. Her focus is on somatic yoga and gentle movement for muscular imbalance, persistent pain and trauma. She provides in person and virtual therapy sessions, classes, teacher trainings, and retreats with a goal of empowering you with accessible, enjoyable tools to appreciate and reeducate the way your brain controls movement. Her breathe centered teaching incorporates traditional facets of yoga, subtle body awareness, and ayurvedic principles with a lighthearted approach.  Want to practice with her? Wanting to deepen her knowledge of the pranic body and its relationship to movement, Megan participated in a 3 year training to become a Healing Touch Certified Energy Practitioner.
