Started as a Yoga and meditation practisioner at the age of 19 when I met my first teacher.
Got a Hatha Yoga 200 hr Teacher TRaining with Jitendra Das at Patanjali Yoga Foundation Rishikesh, India. 2011
Lived for one year in Vallalar Asram in Tamil Nadu, South India practicing Yoga an Meditation and helping Swammis guide Yoga Groups in India and Malaysia.
In october 2011 I received the blessing from Guruji Babhu Sadhu to come back to Mexico and form Bhakti Yoga Instructors.
Actually as a mother of two baby boys , and one recently born I work guiding Prenatal & Postnatal yoga in alliance with Casa Colibri a Midwifery Non Profit Organization.
