Linda Seelig has been practicing yoga since 2001, teaching since 2003, immersing herself in the study and practice of Ashtanga Yoga in the first ~ decade, and continues to explore other approaches as well, to include Yin Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga & Yoga Nidra. She is a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor (2005), and teaches Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga for Beginners, Pranayama & Meditation and leads Gong Soundbath meditations.
Regardless of the yoga asana practice, whether it's dynamic or in stillness, the breath is the anchor for harmonizing body, mind and spirit.
