became a Yoga Teacher and began a career with the Fitness Industry as a Certified Primary Group Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer; teaching and training at various health & wellness centers until establishing Yoga Training (Touch) in 2008. Continuing her holistic journey she traveled to India returning with an Integrated Classical Ashtanga Yoga With Applied Yogic Science Certificate from the Pranava Yogadhama Trust, ... Education, & Research Centre. Committed to yoga, Katie A. became a Registered Yoga Teacher in August of 2009!
Experiencing life changes Katie A. did not know if she would become an Experienced - RYT. However, in October 2011, at her new location, she succeeded and added Remedial Sessions to an already expansive repertoire (Sessions, Descriptions & Pricing). Beginning 2014, "& Retreat" (Personalized Retreat) became available for patrons interested in weekend stays to experience yoga, vegan food and fun. Most recently Katie A. became a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACP), considered an expert in her field!
Katie A. teaches to improve strength, balance, flexibility and relaxation/meditation. She believes yoga is harmony (samadhi) for happy, healthy, powerful, wealthy and wise ways (blissful, physical, energetic, mental and intellectual states).
