July comes from Taiwan and has been working in Switzerland for years before landing in Norway. In 2015 July finished her 3 year ayurvedic therapist training in Germany/Switzerland and she continued her 4 and half year training to be an ayurvedic doctor with Kerala Ayurveda Academy in India/USA from 2018.

After teaching yoga for more than 10 years, July started her 800 hour yoga therapist training with Yogi Amrit Desai, Kamini Desai Phd and the Amrit Yoga team in 2023. With a strong interest in mind-body wellness, July's teaching is influenced by psycho-somatic masters like M. Rosen, B. Cohen, T. Hanna and M. Feldenkrais. Such combination of ancient Eastern and modern Western psychological view made yoga practice with July a prana oriented wholesome experience.
