JUDITH MILA DURANTE
Yoga Educator, Body Therapist, writer and dedicated lover of life, Judith practises Yoga since her childhood and teaches since her early 20s. The simple wish to »study life itself« made her drop university and go for extensive Yoga studies in India and her first Yoga Teacher Training in 2001.
Her professional way led as well to different chapters in fashion and film industry and literally all around the globe. Having lived, worked, learned and loved in eight different countries, Judith’s approach to Yoga became deeply universal, beyond cultural or religious backgrounds.
She is rooted in Jivamukti / Vinyasa and Classical Hatha Yoga and combines this with individual bodywork after the Grinberg Method.
Judith lives in Munich, where she additionally is working as a screenwriter and speaker and gives weekly classes, international retreats & yoga teacher trainings. In programs for companies and hotels she combines the concepts of Yoga with a (rather unused) ressource - our body's own intelligence.
Known for her subtle, yet challenging classes and sessions, Judith blends the physical, psychological and spiritual aspects of Yoga. Creating an overall experience that gives life to the mysticism of ancient teachings and holds space for a precise, deep and joyful practice.
