Carolyn Young is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance since 2010.
Carolyn's yoga journey began in 2005 while she was pregnant with her second son. Going to the gym and rigorous workouts was not longer an option.
She completed her first Teacher Training in 2010 at The Yoga Institute with Lex Gillan. In August 2015 she attended a 5-week Ashtanga Intensive Program (200 hrs) and in June 2021, she completed a 5-month Ashtanga Training (300 hrs). Both trainings were conducted by Miami Life Center under the guidance of her world-reknown teachers Kino MacGregor and Tim Feldmann.
Most of her classes are based on the Ashtanga Yoga method, making it accessible for all students. She also teaches Yin Yoga. She speaks English and Spanish and teaches in both languages.
She is also a Certified International Health Coach and helps, motivates and inspires women to make sustainable lifestyle changes to improve their digestive health, so they can finally feel fit, confident, and amazing.
She lives in Madrid, Spain with her husband and their two sons.
