In 1997 I started sharing my knowledge of yoga, getting certified in Prana Yoga College in Vancouver, Canada in the Hatha yoga discipline. (ERYT500) 

To this day I practice and teach Hatha and Yin Yoga with a meditative approach available to all levels of experience.

In the year 2010 I got certified as an Ayurvedic therapist in Kerala, India at the Kerala Ayurvedic Health Care Center. 

To this day I specialize on facial therapies.
