My name is Idrian Agustian S.Pd RYT 500 known as Ryan Purinawa Yoga , i was graduated from Faculty of Physical Education and Health from IKIP Jakarta, Indonesia . Earned my bachelor as an S.Pd in 1993 . I have focused on the fitness world since 1993. My dedication to the sport is very high and leads me to explore yoga since 2002. Until finally registered in Yoga Alliance as a Registered Yoga Teacher for RYT 200 and RYT 500, after passing 200 hour Yoga Teacher training in 2011 and 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Thailand Koh Sa Mui – last August 2013 . I learn and explore yoga from various streams including Iyengar , Anusara , Flow Yoga , Tripsichore , Yin Yoga , Ashtanga which all are the cultivation of Hatha Yoga . For me, a yoga instructor at its best, is an instructor who has the best quality too, know best about everything in yoga, and can find their passion in Yoga.
