I teach a classical yoga class, adapting to the needs of the students. Yoga is an integral part of my life and I have been teaching since taking my first teacher training in 2009. At first I taught at night for the city of Gatineau, after my regular office work in Ottawa with the federal government, as I wished to share with others the benefits that yoga has provided me. Yoga is a learning journey, so I am continually learning, including from other yoga traditions. Some of the courses I have taken are listed below
