I love sharing yoga, and I teach in an accessible and thoughtful manner. My classes range from calming, gentle hatha yoga to creative and challenging vinyasa flow. Breath, alignment and mindfulness are emphasized as tools to enhance mental clarity and physical well-being. I respect the wisdom and experience each student brings to their practice, and modifications are offered to make classes accessible to both beginners and experienced practitioners.
I have been a student of yoga since 2002, received my 200 hour teaching certification on the Big Island in 2010 and my 500 hour certification on Maui in 2017. I have also attending training courses in yin yoga and kundalini yoga. I currently live and teach on the island of Guam.
