Charlie runs the popular Indiv Yoga RYT200hrs Yoga Teacher Training Course and the RCYT Kids Yoga Teacher Training Course and has certified teachers all around the world. She has been practicing yoga since 1995, teaching yoga since 2009 & training yoga teachers since 2015 with over 20,000 teaching hours as an E-RYT500, RPYT, RCYT & YCEP. Certified in a variety of yoga styles around the world with some of the most renowned teachers; hatha, ashtanga, sivananda, kids & families & yoga for the special child - Shiva Rea, Anne Marie Newland, David Swenson, Sonia Sumar, Leslie Kaminoff, Sadie Nardini, Cayetana Rodenas, Yogesh Yogi & David Keil.
Charlie works with private clients in Switzerland and gives teacher training courses, presentations and retreats around the world, training teachers and dedicated to bringing individual yoga to every health concerns & objectives of any age.
