In 2006 I began my yoga journey. It has helped me reveal my inner truths and feel more content in my life. In 2012 I became Certified to teach and share the impact yoga brings to our lives. I am also a Certified Life Coach. Together these trainings and my life experience help me offer a practice full of mindful focus and introspection, body awareness, and spiritual connection.
