Carol Krucoff, E-RYT 500, C-IAYT, is a yoga instructor at Duke Integrative Medicine in Durham, North Carolina, where she creates individualized yoga practices for people with health challenges. An award-winning journalist and frequent contributor to Yoga Journal, Carol is the author of several books including “Yoga Sparks: 108 Easy Practices for Stress Relief in a Minute or Less” and “Yoga for Neck and Shoulder Pain.” Creator of an audio home practice CD, and co-creator of the DVD “Relax into Yoga,” she is also co-author, with Kimberly Carson, of "Relax into Yoga for Seniors: A Six Week Program for Strength, Balance, Flexibility and Pain Relief."
Carol is co-director of the Integrative Yoga for Seniors teacher training, which is designed to help yoga instructors safely and effectively adapt the practice to older bodies, minds and spirits.
