I am a registered Hatha Yoga instructor. I incorporate aspects of vinyasa and yin into many classes. I also specialize in core conditioning classes for athletes or anyone wanting to get stronger and more balanced. I practice many other forms of exercise too: from weight training to surfing. I am a sponsored figure competitor, and a Nationally Qualified Competitor.
I also enjoy spending quality time with my dog and hiking in the mountains or taking long walks along the coast. I've been practicing yoga for over 15 and I have been teaching since 2012.
I have a Master of Arts in Education. I have been a public school educator for 10 years. One of my favorite accomplishments as a school teacher has been providing yoga to elementary students. I have successfully hosted Yoga Recess Day twice, which gave me the opportunity to share yoga with over 500 kids each year.
