Ashley Cruz is a Senior E-500 Yoga Teacher with specialisations in: Hatha, Kriya, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Children's and Pregnancy Yoga, as well as Pranayama, Shatkarmas, and Vipassana Meditation. In addition, she has certification as an Ayurvedic Practitioner, MBSR Teacher, Reiki Practitioner, Yoga Therapist, Medicinal Aromatherapist, Private Personal Trainer, and as a Birthing From Within Doula. She has special interest in Mindful Birthing and in women's health, including birth, pre- and post-natal yoga, menopause yoga, and yoga for positive menstrual health and fertility.
