William has been practicing law (reluctantly) for the better part of three decades. In the late nineties, he discovered Zen Buddhism and soon realized that he needed to develop an exercise regimen designed to support his seated meditation practice. He was initially certified as a Pilates instructor and he is currently registered with Yoga Alliance as E-RYT 200. He hopes to become certified at the 500-hour level in the future. He is not special.
