Victoria Sienczewski has been practicing, studying, and teaching yoga for over a decade. She has completed over 785 hours of yoga teacher training specializing in vinyasa, restorative and pre- and post-natal yoga. Victoria completed her bachelor’s degree in Economics at Stanford University, where she also studied mindfulness-based stress reduction, sanskrit and the history of yoga. A Harvard Business School graduate, she taught daily yoga classes for MBA and Executive Education students, faculty, and staff. Victoria is a graduate of the 200- and 300-hour yoga teacher training programs at YogaSpace in Toronto, the pre- and post-natal yoga teacher training at Down Under School of Yoga in Boston and the 200-hour yoga teacher training program at Yandara Yoga Institute in Todos Santos. Victoria previously taught vinyasa restorative flow at YogaSpace in Toronto and prenatal yoga for June Motherhood, a virtual maternal care company. Victoria currently lives and teaches yoga in London.
