I am an Ayurveda Life Coach and currently studying Jyotish. I teach a heart flow yoga bringing balance to the mind and body through body awareness and calming the mind. Through pranayama (breathwork); asanas/kriyas (postures); meditation and deep relaxation each class flow (Mix of Hatha, Dosha, Kundalini) that works through many different areas of the body, mind & soul. Some classes also may include chanting and mantra, depending on the theme and focus of the class.
