Jasmine Teo is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS). She is currently a Certified E-RYT200 & RYT500 Yoga Teacher.
She was introduced to Yoga years back. As she continued her practice, the pain in her lower back, knee & ankles were improved. She used to have very bad sinus, and it was also much improved. Besides physical benefits, she also begin to experience the uniting of the breath, body and mind. In 2013, she decided to take up the 200 hours teachers training program in India (Rishikesh Yog Peeth) to deepen her practice. In 2014 she completed another 500 hours of teachers training program in Singapore (Tirisula Yoga). To further improve herself, Jasmine embark and completed an Iyengar Yoga 2 years teachers training program. She also attended workshop conducted by Peter Thomson, James Murphy, Zubin Zarthoshtimanesh and others.
Now that she had benefited so much from Yoga, Jasmine would like to share her experience about Yoga with everyone. She belief Yoga has something for everyone both on the mat and off the mat. She would like to share with everyone how Yoga is happening in every single moment of our life.
