Dr. Barry Grossman is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Barry has studied Hatha, Ashtanga, and Laughter Yoga in the USA, Thailand and in Japan. Barry's love of philosophy, not only as an intellectual but also as a guide to everyday living, inspires his teaching.
He is fluent in both English and Japanese. He has a Ph.D. in English and Applied Linguistics, researching metaphorical expressions of Self-Awareness in English.
