Tracy Hill is a Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Tracy makes yoga accessible to students of all levels & backgrounds by helping each student develop to their fullest potential and by varying poses according to the needs of the individual. Modifications and choices in the different poses are continuously offered. Students will learn to focus inward, allowing for personal and spiritual growth, along with the physical benefits of this yoga practice. Tracy keeps her classes interesting and inspiring with different themes and sequences each month as well as the use of playlists which include music that enhance the “vinyasa flow” experience. The practice will build strength, help maintain balance, bring clarity, keep you grounded and allow you to continue to be flexible to all the changes & challenges that life may bring.
