Tracey Grebinsky is a 500hr Hatha Yoga Instructor from Vancouver, BC, Canada.  She has been practicing yoga for over 26 years and teaching the last 15 years.  Her classes include meditation, pranayama, and asana elements that enable the students to feel yoga from all aspects of one’s being.  Both her group and private lessons offer an approach that guides each individual into a safe, strengthening and opening practice on more subtle levels.

Tracey also holds 16 years of ballet training, personal training certification,  International Certification in Aesthetics, Holistic Nutrition and Health Consulting Certification, and is currently completing her PN Level 1 Nutritional Coaching.
