I had the opportunity to discover the benefits of yoga when I lived in Hyderbad in India from 2010 to 2012. I attended the yoga teacher training, which was run by a very good and experienced teacher „Sharmila Hirendernath“, who was trained in the Bihar, Iyengar and Ashtanga Schools of Yoga. With her I went deep into the philosophy and the practice of yoga. I learned a lot about myself, my body, my fears, my strengths, and how to deal with all these aspects. All in all I learned that my way of life up to that point was wrong. I learned to listen to my body, to respect my body, to give time to myself in order to live a healthy life.
