Born in the UK, I have dedicated my life to the yogic way for over 30 years. Committed to making a positive difference in the world through the art, science and joy of yoga, I have traveled globally sharing my knowledge and treasure trove of gifts in retreats, workshops, trainings, classes and one-on-one consultations. Over the years I have had the opportunity to train in various styles and love to keep learning and growing that I may serve others more comprehensively. Trainings include: Rajadhiraja and Ananda Marga Schools as well as Synergy, Iyengar, Shivananda and, Ashtaunga Yoga styles. Having served and shared in the Far East, India, Europe, Africa, the US and Central America, I am currently based in the UK. My endeavours continue as I aim to touch people’s hearts and bring quality of life to everyone through various yoga, meditation and wellness practices, education and social service programs. And.... in my spare time.... I love to sing, dance, read, practise karate, hike, camp and simply be in the beauty of nature.
