Yoga and dance are a part of my life since my early childhood.  Since 1997, I started deepening my practice by studying intensively various styles such as Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar, traditional Hatha Yoga as well as Pranayama and Meditation.

In 2003, I moved to Byron Bay, Australia, where I accomplished a 9 month intensive yoga teacher training (1'500 hours) at Yogarts. I have studied and keep on studying with Clive Sheridan, Louisa Sear, Lance Schuler, Simon Borg Olivier, Glenn Ceresoli, Bruno Dietziker and lately I've attended some inspirational workshops with Katchie Andanda and also with Yogeshwari.

Since 2004, I have been teaching in Sydney, Byron Bay, Bali and sometimes in Zurich, during my holidays in Switzerland. 

In 2011 I moved back to Switzerland where I run my own yoga studio in Lucerne . Since 2019 I'm back in Zürich.

I love sharing yoga - with enthusiasm, lightness and  from the heart – and it is joyful to bring smiles into people's faces.
