Seda started her yoga journey in 2002,while having a carrier in Biological Sciences, after having lower back issues.

After experiencing the benefits of the practice Seda decided to continue exploring all aspects of yoga in a deeper level.

In her practice, Seda dedicated herself to explore playful and creative ways of incorporating physical yoga posture practices to daily life and cultivate awareness and strong connection to the Self.

Seda started teaching in 2007 and practicing with several international Yoga instructors and has been teaching and sharing this wisdom/knowledge ever since.

As a highly experienced yoga teacher Seda teaches several trainings, workshops, retreats all around Turkey and Cyprus.
