Sara Drummond is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS). I have taught Yoga from 2009 to current date and use a Vinyasa style with emphasis on the breath for movement and calming. I have completed a 300 hour Certified Yoga Teacher with Brett Larkin Uplifted and currently working on a 50 hour Yin certificate and Silver Sneakers credentials.
