Hello! I am Addison and I am a Registered Trauma Informed Yoga Teacher. 

I recently graduated from my 200 hour YTT with School Yoga Institute in Montezuma, Costa Rica this May of 2024! 

I am the owner of a Holistic Wellness business called 'Blooming Wellness' and my goal is to support young women through the blooming stages between late teens to early adulthood, by sharing a variety of holistic practices through workshops, events,  & retreats.
