Erika Gonzalez is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).Erika has found yoga to be a powerful expression of self, as her journey began several years ago when she first sought a balanced way to enhance her physical fitness and manage stress. Since attending Be Unlimited Hot Flows, she has been inspired by the profound impact yoga had on her life on and off the mat. Erika decided to deepen her practice and knowledge by completing her 200 Hour Teacher Training through Be Unlimited, and motivated to spread the energy yoga creates to the community. She believes in the power of yoga to transform lives and the mission to inspire students to develop a deeper self-awareness, both on and off the mat, nurturing a sense of peace, balance, and inner strength.
